Catherine's work, which includes yoga, qigong, chiropractic, acupuncture and herbs, encompasses her lifelong interest in dance, movement and traditional healing.

Catherine is continually deepening her knowledge of the healing arts through further study and exploration of systems of embodiment and resonant wellness. She is currently working towards her Masters Degree in Acupuncture (Applied Science).

Edward has a passion for fitness. Cycling, jogging and swimming play an integral role in his life. He discovered the value of Chiropractic through a sports injury many years ago.
 
Initially it was a focus on sports and fitness that inspired him to pursue a career in chiropractic, but his studies and experiences as a chiropractor opened Edward's mind to broader applications. He still enjoys helping athletes to achieve their goals, but also derives great satisfaction from helping people from all walks of life remain active and healthy over time.
