Yoga/Meditation Classes:
Yoga is the perfect antidote for modern life. It calms the mind, opens the heart, and stimulates spiritual evolution. It creates a space that allows a person to develop more resiliency, creativity and spontaneity. It recharges and restores essential vitality.
Our goal is to provide a place where students can safely explore, experience and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Yoga has tremendous benefits, both physical and emotional, and we cordially invite you to discover the strength, vitality and joy yoga can bring to your life. Classes run during school terms and are currently offered on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6pm until 7pm and Wednesday mornings 7am-8am. Full term registration with pre-payment is required prior to the start of term. Classes are small enough to provide individualized instruction and to allow each student to work at his or her own level.
