Yoga is the perfect antidote for modern life. It calms the mind, opens the heart, and stimulates spiritual evolution. It creates a space that allows a person to develop more resiliency, creativity and spontaneity. It recharges and restores essential vitality.
Our goal is to provide a place where students can safely explore, experience and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Classes are small enough to include individualized instruction, allowing each student to work at his or her own level. Yoga has tremendous benefits, both physical and emotional, and we cordially invite you to discover the strength, vitality and joy yoga can bring to your life.
Classes run during school terms and are currently offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm until 7:30pm, and on Saturdays from 10am until 11:30am. Casual classes, open days and workshops are occasionally offered during school holidays.
Pre-registration is required. Places are offered first to current students. Any places that remain by the end of term are then offered to students who have put their names on the waiting list for that class.
