Important! Please read the following information carefully before making an online booking. If you are a new patient, please DO NOT book online. We require extra information from new patients to ensure adequate assessment and treatment. Please use the contact form (found on the home page) to request a return call; or simply call our office on (03) 57223888. As we have multiple appointment types (ranging from 15min to over an hour), it is important to choose the appointment type that will allow us to address your needs. Please also call the office if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. If the office is unattended, please leave a message on the answering machine. Chiropractic: Initial Chiropractic: 60 min Extended Chiropractic: 30 min or 45 min Standard Chiropractic: 15 mins Acupuncture: Initial Acupuncture: 75 mins Standard Acupuncture: 45 mins Other Modalities: Yoga Therapy: 60 mins Herbal Medicine: 30 mins Acupuncture & Adjustment: 60mins Acupuncture & Soft Tissue Work: 60 mins If you find that the appointment time you would like for the modality you need is unavailable in our online booking schedule, please contact the office on (03) 5722 3888 and we will endeavour to find a suitable time for you. * Please note: We understand that emergencies arise, however it is a company and courtesy policy of this practice that a minimum 8 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments is required, otherwise fees may be incurred. |
