AGREEMENTS *

I understand that Yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity to experience relaxation, stress reduction and relief from muscular tension. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury - even serious or disabling - is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If pain or discomfort is experienced, I agree to listen to my body, adjust the posture, and ask for support from the teacher. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not safe or recommended for certain medical conditions. I will take responsibility to inform the teacher of any prior medical condition and/ or injury before class and follow suggested modifications in class. I understand that I may need to modify some postures and agree to follow the teachers instructions as failure to do so could lead to injury.

CANCELLATION POLICY *

$40.00 cancellation fee applies from the time enrolment is processed until 10 days prior to the beginning of term. If a student cancels after this date they will receive no refund or credit transfer without extenuating circumstances. Please be aware – students who miss classes without sufficient notification cannot make up those classes during current or future terms.

REGISTERING IN PERSON / VIA PHONE:
Regular Office Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am-12pm, and 3pm-5pm.
Reception is often open longer hours, but please ring to check (57223888). A valid credit card is required for registration over the phone.
